Come November, the grand openings of two high-profile projects will continue Jeffrey Beers’ presence on an international scale. The much anticipated re-opening of Miami Beach’s historic Fontainebleau Hotel will unveil JBI’s restoration and reinterpretation of Morris Lapidus’ iconic lobby with a bow-tie tile floor and the “staircase to nowhere.” Also set to open are the luxurious multi-tiered poolscape and five new restaurants including Alfred Portale’s GOTHAM steakhouse, a two-level space featuring an open expo kitchen and a two story glass-encased wine tower.
