salmon-dinnerFor those guests looking for a spectacular night at Miami’s newest restaurant, Area 31 provides a fabulous excursion from the typical. For a more traditional dinner surrounded by close friends or loved ones, AltaMar’s celebration might be just the place for you.

Area 31
Area 31 will make its Miami debut on December 15, but has already set its course for a New Year’s Eve celebration, A Night Under the Stars. Executive Chef John Critchley has prepared a four course menu featuring local seafood with Mediterranean inspiration. Area 31 promises to be the best spot for an amazing fireworks display, with dramatic views of Downtown Miami, Miami Beach and Key Biscayne.

The Area 31 A Night Under the Stars includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a midnight Champagne toast, an after dinner libation and music. The four-course menu includes:

A raw bar appetizer with oysters and caviar
Carpaccio di Tonno
Foie Gras Torchon
Kobe Beef Short Rib
Pre-dessert bite
Key Lime pie with Carrot and Cardomom

Price is $135++ a person and the pre-fixe dinner menu will be available from 9:00 pm – 12:45 am. (Open seating is also available from 5:00 – 7:00 pm). For more information, please call Area 31 at 305.424.5234 or visit www.epichotel.com. Area 31 is located on the 16th Floor of the Epic Hotel at 270 Biscayne Blvd. Miami, Florida 33131.

AltaMar
AltaMar maybe one of the best examples of a neighborhood gem, meshed with dining excellence. Each dish comes alive through pure flavors, and freshly-caught seafood.

The New Year’s Eve at AltaMar includes a welcome glass of Prosecco. The three-course menu includes:
Appetizer (a choice of):

Buffalo Tenderloin Carpaccio with garlic mustard vinaigrette
Classic Cesar Salad
Grouper Cake with mango relish
Peruvian Style Tiradito with yellow pepper cream
