- Pets: No pets allowed. Additonal 500 cleaning fee for unapproved pets.
- No Smoking: Strictly enforced indoors.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Trash Disposal: Please use designated receptacles for waste.
- Check-Out: Late check-out may incur additional fees (pre-approval required).
We recommend all guests to explore trip insurance as another means to protect themselves as a traveller if they require more coverage beyond our cancellation policies.

Security deposit
Before your stay, guests are required to submit a valid ID, sign a rental agreement, and authorize a $500 hold on a credit card. This hold is released after check-out, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning is needed.
If the villa is damaged when you leave, you may be charged $500 or more, depending on the extent of the damage.
Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled before 11:59 PM, 90 day(s) before check-in, you will get 90% of your stay cost back; less than 90 day(s) before check-in, you will receive 50% of your stay cost back; less than 60 day(s) before check-in, you will not be refunded.
According to our cancellation policy, reimbursements for communicable illnesses or viruses are only available if there is a complete travel restriction in effect. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance via this third-party seller to cover your trip for ANY REASON (weather, illness, etc.) if you need to cancel, as we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation restrictions.
Security Features
For your safety and peace of mind, the property includes outdoor security cameras - front and back and an internal noise monitor. Any interference with these systems may result in immediate eviction.
