No. Nice Palms is marketed as one private vacation villa. A reservation is for the whole home for your registered group.

How many guests can stay?

The current maximum occupancy is 16 guests unless the reservation terms specifically state otherwise.

Does the villa have a private pool?

Yes. Nice Palms has a screened private pool and spa at the home.

Is pool/spa heat included?

Pool/spa heat is optional and charged separately when selected. The current published structure is $225 for the first five nights and $50 per additional night.

Are pets allowed?

No. Nice Palms has a no-pets policy.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Do guests have access to Windsor at Westside amenities?

Nice Palms guests may use eligible resort amenities subject to community access requirements, operating schedules and posted rules.

How far is the villa from the main Orlando attractions?

Driving times vary with traffic. Typical planning ranges are approximately 20–25 minutes to Walt Disney World, 30–35 minutes to Universal Orlando and 35–40 minutes to Orlando International Airport.
