Instead of coordinating several hotel rooms, one lead guest reserves the entire villa for the group. Everyone shares the kitchen, living areas, pool and resort access while still having separate bedrooms and multiple places to relax.

How the booking works

The reservation should be placed by one responsible lead guest who accepts the rental agreement and payment terms for the whole villa. The booking system then keeps all scheduled payments, notices and reservation details together.

Important: Nice Palms is sold as one villa, not eight independently bookable bedrooms. This protects privacy and prevents overlapping groups from being booked into the same home.

Group-leader planning

For organized groups, confirm the final guest count, sleeping plan, transportation and payment collection within your group before the final balance is due. The lead guest remains responsible for the reservation with Nice Palms.
