Agree on the group rules before arrival

Large-group trips become easier when the practical expectations are settled before the first night. Confirm who is sleeping where, how shared groceries are paid for, who supervises children, how transportation is divided and which activities are truly group activities. The villa gives everyone more room than a hotel cluster, but that space works best when each household still respects common areas, quiet time and the needs of the other guests.
